1. What Linksieve Is
Linksieve is a platform that helps SEO professionals and agencies find, vet, and connect with potential link exchange partners. We provide: a directory of manually reviewed member profiles and domains; tools to request, track, and manage link exchange deals; a reputation scoring system based on exchange outcomes; link monitoring tools that check the live status of links (Pro and Agency plans); client workspace and reporting tools for agencies. Important note: Linksieve is a matchmaking and tracking tool. We do not create, place, or guarantee any backlink, and we are not a party to any agreement made between members.
2. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Free ($0), Starter ($19/month), Pro ($49/month), Agency ($199/month). Free: up to 5 deals/month, no grace period. Starter: 30 deals/month, 2 workspaces, 72-hour grace period. Pro: unlimited deals, 5 workspaces. Agency: unlimited deals, 15 workspaces. Monthly deal counts reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Payments
All payments processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Prices shown in USD for international users and INR for Indian users.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for current period except where required by law. Contact hello@linksieve.com for billing disputes.
5. Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract.
6. Your Account
Provide accurate information. Responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
7. Member Conduct & Link Exchanges
You alone are responsible for any link placement or agreement with another member. Do not misrepresent site metrics. Do not harass, defraud, or deceive members. Honour accepted deals within the agreed deadline. SEO note: Linksieve makes no guarantees regarding the SEO impact of any link placed through our platform.
8. Ghosting & Reputation System
When a deadline passes without delivery, the system flags it automatically. Paid members get a 72-hour grace period. Free members get no grace period. After grace ends, the ghosting event is logged permanently on their public profile.
9. Intellectual Property
Linksieve name, logo, design, and software are our property. Content you submit remains yours but you grant us a licence to display it within the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, repeatedly ghost partners, or misrepresent site information. You may close your account by contacting hello@linksieve.com.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKSIEVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
